Chris came to our house and within minutes offered us a fair price well above other offers from cash buyers and Realtors.  They did NOT add extra fees or find problems to reduce the price.  The number they gave us is the number we received.  They really do cover the closing costs.  Jorge scheduled the closing surprisingly fast and made the process incredibly easy. We were in a very bad situation and needed to sell my husbands family home due to some personal issues. The house was not livable and needed a lot of work on it. But John meet up with us and heard our story and gave us a offer to buy the house as is and trust me it was in rough shape but he was able to give us enough money to get us out of the situation we were in. And then Jorge helped us through the entire process all the way to the end. And then when we hit our closing paperwork and we ended up needing extra money we to cover the extra cost the team pulled together to make it happen so me and my husband didn’t have to take any money out of our pocket to cover the rest of the closing costs.
