Atlas specializes in direct-to-seller property purchases, and by cutting out the middleman is able to offer strong prices for homes in any condition. We are a small team of property renovators that aim to build value in the community and develop a collection of homes that are the pride of the neighborhood. Whether the property remains in our portfolio or is passed along to a local family, Atlas aims to maintain the character of our homes and neighborhoods. James Heller
Founder
Founder James Heller is a Boulder native with a background in physics and engineering and a passion for real estate. After working for the world’s largest semiconductor engineering firm, James brought The Atlas Portfolio to life to pursue his ambitions in real estate and community development.
Paulina
Paulina is a Lakewood resident with a passion for helping people with their homes. She is also a professional artist. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her two daughters.
Chris Fushimi
Chris Fushimi is a resident of Brighton, Colorado, with a background in architecture and design. He has helped build many homes across the Front Range and brings a unique perspective to real estate opportunities. Chris enjoys fishing, camping, and spending time in the mountains with his family.
Jorge Rodriguez
Operations Manager
Jorge was raised in Ventura, California, and now lives in Parker, Colorado. At Atlas, he oversees operations and marketing strategy, helping every part of the process run smoothly from lead generation through closing. Outside of work, Jorge trains in MMA and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and enjoys hiking with his wife and exploring national parks.

John has nearly ten years of experience buying homes and has helped dozens of people sell their properties throughout the Denver metro area. He is a resident of Wheat Ridge, Colorado.
Tarsicio “Tars” Hernandez III
Tarsicio “Tars” Hernandez III moved to Arvada, Colorado, from Maryland. In his free time, he enjoys learning about real estate, editing videos, and getting outdoors.
